Booking
- The minimum booking amount is ₹499 per booking.
- Online you pay only a small advance to confirm your booking (shown in your cart before you pay). The balance is paid at our counter on the day.
- Please reach our counter at Murudeshwar Beach at least 20 minutes before your session with your booking reference.
If you cancel
- If you cancel or don't show up, the advance is non-refundable.
If we cancel (weather, sea or safety)
- You can reschedule for free, or get a full refund of the amount you paid.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Netrani Island trips run only in season and when sea conditions are safe.
Safety
- Life jackets are compulsory for all activities.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed on any activity, and no refund will be given.
- Age limits and health declarations apply to some activities and must be followed.
Privacy
- We use your name, mobile number, email and guest details only to manage your booking and contact you about it. We never sell them. They are shared only with our payment partner Razorpay, to process payments.
- Card and UPI details are typed into Razorpay's secure payment window and never reach our website.
- To improve the website, we keep an anonymous log of the pages visited, using a cookie that holds a random ID (no name or phone number). This log is deleted after 90 days.
- To see or delete your booking details, contact us on WhatsApp or by email.
